The Government of Sindh, Excise, Taxation & Narcotics Control Department has officially extended the deadline for replacing old motorcycle number plates with new security-featured Ajrak number plates.
Earlier, the deadline was August 14, 2025, but it has now been extended to October 31, 2025.
This means motorcycle riders will not face challans on the road by traffic police for using the old number plates during this extended period. However, it is advised to get the new plates before the new deadline to avoid any issues later.
